If powered by the car, would it receive more volts/power from a power inverter, or from using the USB plug into the cigrette lighter?

I think the speaker has built in voltage regulation so it wouldn't matter how you charged it up. I would imagine using the power charging cord it came with woukd make the speaker battery life last the longest. Imo.
