1/10 Redcat Racing Valcano EPX
Perfect fit for my son's Valcano Epx. The quality looks and feels great. So far about 3 2s battery runs and holding strong.

Great product
Works great and is durable. What else can I say. It’s just important to know that it has 0.6 module teeth so if you want a different pinion make sure that it is a 0.6 module pinion, I made that mistake when I got a 48p pinion set, don’t make the same mistake

Great gears at the best price!
Perfect fit on my volcano epx brushed. The stock plastic spur and brass pinion are a joke after a battery upgrade. I installed a 7.4v 5000 mah 2s 20c lipo and about 20 minutes in the plastic spur was missing all teeth and the brass on the pinion gear was "skinned back". Installed these along with a new stock 550 brushed and have ran it for about 30 minutes or so giving it hell and they seem to be holding up well. Oh and the comment of these making more noise is bs. This is actually a little more quiet than the old setup. So overall a definate 5 stars. Came with new grub screw also and shipping was very fast and it was well packaged. This should be anyone's first upgrade.

Works great and perfect fit.
Easy install. Metal to metal noise is something I will have to adjust. The original one was plastic and had very minimal friction noice. No big deal. Perfect fit. Thanks

Nope nope nope! Pinion failure
This will not work! The spur gear is fine, seems sturdy enough. But, the pinion failed!

Decent product you get what you pay for. Stripped the spur on the first run. I bought 2 sets for backup

Teeth sheared off.
4 of the teeth sheared off of the smaller gear immediately during first use.

If this gear worn out in your Redcat there is a very good chance that the motor has slides away and that both gear are not fully touching. When replacing these, there are two black screw holding the motor in place, use them to make make sure everything is tight. Otherwise you will likely destroy the gear very quickly. Good product!

The gears fit perfectly into my Volcano EPX. Gears are very quiet and efficient . Great product .
