I’m 83 . My gynecologist told me to buy this particular product , that my system needs this . I have a pure system in that I don’t require any medication . He has me on 4 other vitamins that I take on a daily basis . The problem I had is under control and I feel great . There isn’t any fish taste , or nasty backup later . Pricey but worth it .

Joints don't ache as much after 20k steps. Head feels clearer too for work emails. Nothing wild, just works quiet. Lemon keeps it from smelling off. Decent bang for buck. Solid for staying on top of health.
