This looks and feels like a quality item and keeps the water hot with its double wall construction. Not sure how they did it but it has not dulled from soap like I expected, it stays shiny - so shiny that once or twice I have thought it was not full of water when it was, it is just that clear. It is exactly the right size to sit a container of Proraso in when not in use. Good size for soaking even the larger shaving brushes.

I probably should have bought something similar in Kmart for $5 instead of paying $32 for this little bowl , but it does do the job live and learn

Too small for my liking. Nice piece though.
