Imusa 14 Inch Aluminum Budare & Griddle

This is a great quality product! It is durable and does not rust.

I bought this IMUSA 14 in aluminum budare/griddle to make flatbreads, pancakes, and other griddle-style foods, and it’s been exactly what I hoped for. The surface heats evenly, so nothing ends up with hot spots or burnt edges, and it holds heat well once it’s up to temperature. The aluminum construction feels solid and durable, and it’s lightweight enough to handle easily. I’ve used it on both my stovetop and an outdoor burner, and it works great in both situations. Cleaning is also easy — a quick wipe or rinse and it’s ready for the next round. Overall, it’s a reliable, no-frills griddle that does its job well. If you want a simple pan for flatbreads, tortillas, pancakes, or similar foods, this one is a good choice.

Excelente para gran cantidad

Trash. Just trash. This is after ONE use making tortillas. It scratched, and is now permanently “stained” god knows why or of what. Regret buying. Don’t waste your money.

Good material but the size is too big

Works perfectly. Just what I needed for pizzas on top of range.

This was purchased as a bakestone. Because it's claimed to be made from cast aluminium. It isn't. All aluminium is poured from a melt cauldron. I've worked in an aluminium foundry. This is cold pressed from sheet aluminium max 3mm thick (see picture, 2x UK 2p pieces), with press scores on the edge from the die, and strain marks on the "handle" from where it's been cold formed without annealing (see picture). Cast aluminium would be 8-15mm thick with heating gills on the bottom. This is just simple pressed flat plate. Unsuitable for my use. But it may get used on the BBQ. Could have got the same from my local stockholders for 25% of the cost of this. Formed it myself. 2 stars as it is nicely polished. Won't last. But nicely done.

Everything sticks to it and it bend. Buy cast iron instead
