No smell and no irritation!! Finally a product with no scent! I have hyper parosmia (super smeller) so most fragrances make me allergic or sensitive. The shampoo is a slight bit drying - but I have dry hair so it is good for an oily hair person! The conditioner is great - just a dime sized rub on each side and back of my medium length hair; then use a wide-tooth comb stepping away from running water comb through gently and rinse!! My hair comes out super clean and soft!!!! I highly recommend sensitive people give it a try!!!

Great stuff I would purchase it again. I love this. It helps my scalp and it helps my skin and it also stops the itching so if I were you, I’d try to purchase it theory is the best stuff I noticed it on here on Amazon so I gave it a try and I don’t have the problems I used to have so if you need something really good and really good for your hair get theory

The shampoo helped my itching scalp! I did notice that shampoo leaves my hair rather soft. I did not use a conditioner so it must be shampoo. I plan to continue use of shampoo.

Best of the best. Both the shampoo and conditioner are excellent, with no perfume-fragrance to deal with, and they leave the hair looking clean and well-conditioned. Although pricey, a little goes a long ways.

Got this as I have asthma and am being triggered lately by fragrances. I also had noticed that my skin is reacting to certain ingredients in products so was hoping this would help with that too. Daughter has eczema so we are all using this shampoo. Between this one and another, I’m observing that the downsides to this type of shampoo are: Leaves hair feeling dried out, lanky and oily the next day. We are having to wash hair every single day. That’s not ideal for wavy/curly hair. The smell of the shampoo is medicinal, like hospital soap? The other one we have smells and feels like glue. I guess fragrances that would normally be added are formulated to cover up that smell. By the next day your head smells funky. It’s like the fragrances in shampoo mask our human smells too, so with this shampoo we have lanky greasy hair by the next day and we smell like we don’t bathe even though we are having to wash our hair every day. Pros: the shampoo does not trigger my asthma or cause skin reactions Lathers up just fine A little goes a long ways, just add water.

I have been happy with this (super sensitive nose) and no reactions, I do smell a little something w/ the matching conditioner so stopped using that, Just the shampoo has been working, Like the Pump dispenser too, Only issue has been Amazon shipping it unprotected in a box so it bounces around and leaks during shipping, 3 straight times now, Company itself did make things right on one shipment so customer service point's there UPDATE Jan 2025 Probably jinxing it but this has been great shampoo, bumping up to 5 stars from 4 Please do not mess with this Theorie :-)

I really thought I had found the miracle shampoo based off the label. Washed my hair three times with this and had a terrible reaction. My scalp became inflamed and itch, bumps appeared along with bad dandruff. Returning today unfortunately along with the conditioner. The search continues. I will say it has a great lather and non scented shampoo for those with scent allergies!
