Está es una muy buena piedra para iniciarse en el afilado de cuchillo, ya llevo utilizando está piedra más de un año y está perfecta.

I had a few different sharpening stone before, and I wasn't able to get my knife back to its original sharpness. I wanted to buy a japanese stone, to see if it makes any difference. and it does! It is absolutely amazing how much better this stone is compared to other stones which I could buy locally. The stone has very good feedback, it becomes "slurry" after a few strokes and most importantly it sharpens the knife very nicely. removes material off the blade easily. I have a blade of rockwell 64 hardness.
