Great supplement
I take this along with a blood pressure support supplement also, and they have made a big difference to my blood pressure, which has always been in the high side of normal, even when I was a boy. It runs in the family and despite regular exercise and a strict diet it never helped. I’m not sure if it’s a these, the blood pressure ones or the combination of both that’s doing the job, but I recommend them, they are definitely worth a shot of your blood pressure is teetering on the edge of being high and towards the prescribed medication stage like mine.

Excellent product!
Great product. Easy to swallow, don't taste bad at all. Really do bring your blood pressure down! I was advised to take statins etc from the GP but refused and got these instead. All my readings for blood pressure are now considered normal.

Beetroot Supplement.
Eating a washed fresh raw beet is not that bad. Not that easy to sort out but that’s the best way to get all that beetroot has to offer. Eating pickled beetroot is a bit easier but not quite got the full nutrient value as a raw beetroot. Powdered beetroot added to shakes or food is an another option. Taking 2 of these is the easiest option I’ve found. Do they do anything? I don’t really know. They are substantially sized physically (some people may have difficulty swallowing) and the dosage is sufficient enough to provide some benefit. Supplements are not meant to be replacements for anything; they are meant to add something to something that’s already in place. Eating a healthy diet on the go can prove difficult so supplementing your diet with vitamins etc is an option that’s been used for years and even Doctors suggest vitamin supplement so why not try beetroot supplements to help you.
