Has P3 function worked for you? For me it is the same as P1 after more than 4 minutes waiting for something different but nope.

how long is power cord?

The power cord that comes with the EMER Foot Massager is 80 inches long, but it can be easily expanded much longer by simple use of a regular extension cord.

Can you use it if you have a pacemaker?

You shouldn't if you're prone to blood clots and most likely not with pacemaker
