How long does 1 cartridge last?

Honestly it depends on how big you have the vents open. I had one go 3 months with the vent fully open smelling strong. Keeps the car smelling great for a very long time well worth the money.

does the unit come with a cartdrige too?

All I received is 2 cartridges both times I ordered and did not come with the actually unit. Have returned twice. The description is a lie.
