Getting this size in 8 ohms was quite difficult. All modern speakers are 4 ohms and those would have done damage to my original radio. My options seemed to be these and speakers from specialty classic car shops that still seemed to be based upon 40+ year old technology. There were no reviews to be found for these, but they fit the specs and I took a chance. The magnets are quite large, so they had to be crammed into the dash on the passengers side, but they fit. I am happy to say that they sound great for the application. Not audiophile grade, but they fit the bill very well for what I needed.
