Is the 24 count individually wrapped?

I just bought these. The 24count for $4.99 are NOT individually wrapped. They come all in a little resealable pouch. I just keep them in my drawer at the office and use them when I need to. At $.21 apiece I am okay with that.

Is $18.20 for one pack of 24 or 4 packs of 24? not sure with the wording... thank you in advance

It is 4 pouches with of 24 wisps. so you get 96 wisps in all.

24 count (pack of 24) is this 576 wisp's? Or 24 or what?

The first time I ordered this I received 24 bags of 24, later when I clicked the "e-ordered now" tab I received 1 bag of 24. Now it says 24 count 4 pack. These toothbrushes are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get.

Why does this product have splenda? Is it really a toothpaste that cleans your teeth? Or just a breath freshener that tastes good?

It definitely is not toothpaste, more like a little ball of mouthwash in the middle of the brush. Would not use in place of brushing, but I love to keep some with me because it freshens like gum but cleans deeper with the bristles
