Does this stuff actually remove the cuticle, or do I still have to clip them off?

Yes you still have to physically remove the excess dead skin. The solution will soften the cuticle enough that you can push them back with ease and then use a buffer to gently remove debris or a cuticle nipper if needed. You only remove the dead skin, not the live skin still attached. Doing nails 15 yrs I've never actually found a solution that "physically removes" the cuticle.

How long do you leave it on

It doesn't seem to take long at all. Because it is watery, I put a drop on my nail (in attempt to not make a mess) then pushed back my cuticle with my tool then work on the next nail. Once I finished my hand I washed it with soap and a nail brush. This stuff is awesome! Works fast with little effort.

When using this product you do need to be a little careful. I have heard that people have had a burning feeling if they leave it on their skin for too long. So please test this out on a small area first before diving in. Thankfully I have not had a reaction. But I am careful to only do one hand at a time and I wash everything off in between. Blue Cross cuticle remover is a liquid instead of a gel or cream. I have found the best way to apply it is by dipping a Q-tip into the bottle and dabbing it around my nail. After applying Blue Cross to the entire hand I go back to the first nail and start pushing the cuticle back gently with a cuticle pusher. Al primer uso parece una maravilla, yo me realizo la manicura una vez a la semana y con el paso de unos 3 meses mis uñas se empezaron a dañar muchísimo hasta estrías le salieron. Lo bueno es que al dejar de usarlo se mejoro el problema. No recomiendo su uso es muy corrosivo es mejor usar productos tradicionales aunque tome un poco mas de tiempo :)

This cuticle remover works brilliantly. It's far too runny to apply straight from the bottle, use a cotton bud to apply to the cuticle area. I applied to one hand then filed my nails which took me no longer than a minute. I then pushed back my cuticles, all the skin had been dissolved so had to wipe the excess off my manicure stick, I just had to do a tidy around the edges with some nippers. It was so quick and effortless. Washed my hand then repeated with the other hand. Absolutely brilliant stuff, worth every penny, the bottle will last for a long time.
