This is a good basic sports bra. I didn't size up because I find when I do, things are too big. I should have, in this case! It is challenging to get on, but when I do, it feels great. I wish I had ordered a size up.

I like to minimize the appearance of my breasts, and while I do wear a binder sometimes, I prefer a sports bra. This is absolutely the best sports bra I've tried so far, and it's the most affordable. I could probably have sized up - I have a 42" bust or (I think) a 36DD and I ordered a large, and the edges do rub a little because of that, but the support is so good that I ordered another large in white. I look noticeably flatter and would be happy to wear this for any physical activity. The material is thick and not scratchy.

This fits at least two to three sizes too small. Could barely breath since it constricted the rib-cage so much. I suppose if you are very tiny an x-large will fit you properly.
