This Glycine is a great product. Can help keep the body cool, help with sleep and calm the system. Also can be good for the nervous system.

It does what it supposed to do. But please take it before bed otherwise day time dose makes you feel light and sleepy. The price is a concern, but quality is superb!

I take the recommended 3 capsules a night and have more restful sleep. When I take less I notice that my sleep is less restful. It does seem to make a clear difference in the quality of rest and recovery I get when I sleep.
