This is a super smooth razor. Though you can get 1k razors at this cost but this one is different. I don't shave in bathroom anymore but everywhere while walking in park or when going to neighbours just to flaunt this super expensive manual razor. Recently I noticed that my skin was glowing like glass skin and my beard has stopped growing out of sheer respect. Not sure what to do now with this investment.

I've been using a Mühle razor for the past few years. I thought it was pretty decent, but bought the 6S after reading some reviews on various sites. I am thoroughly impressed with it, after my first use. I tried the lowest level shave initially, and moved up to where it felt most comfortable, which was easy and quick. It was the closest and most comfortable shave I've ever had, no nicks at all! There were some problem areas where I needed to apply more pressure, and they came out perfectly. I put off upgrading for a long time, and I'm glad I finally did. The price is maybe a bit much, but honestly the shave was decently quick, which makes the time I'll save shaving absolutely worth it.

I was hesitant switching over from super expensive cartridges to DE because of the initial investment and a little afraid of cutting my noggin. I was going to try the Henson but good razors are expensive so trying multiple razors didn’t seem like a good idea, hence the 6S. Being able to adjust the aggressiveness of the shave seemed ideal and the 6S gives you the adjustability to experiment until you find the right setting for your beard or hair, if you’re shaving your head. This gives me a closer shave than a cartridge at under 50 cents a blade. This razor is good but with the caveat that I’m using Feather blades which are very good and translates to a closer, quicker shave with less risk of getting nicked. For me at number 4 it’s perfect for both my head and face. Also, I found the handle to be the perfect length, especially because I shave my head and face so I need to shave at many angles. The razor is also quite heavy which takes a bit to get used to but I found it helps with control. I shave with both my left and right hands but with my eyes closed in the shower. BTW, no special soaps are needed, I just use a pump of body wash, but again for me the Feather razors make the difference between a good shave and an enjoyable one, plus they last longer so that makes up for the difference in cost. There is definitely a learning curve as you figure it out and you can’t rush shaving with a DE but you are rewarded with a close shave. This a very good razor and with the Feather blades it’s even better.

Best adjustable razor I've tried. Tried over 50 razors through the years. None of the adjustable ones could convince. Including the Rockwell T2. But this one, even though swapping the heads isn't super intuitive, actually offers you flexibility that works. The 6C is the same basically. But this is more premium in every way, including the weight, grip and It has a timeless look with that SS material. But price wise you can't beat this 6C, where the chrome finish also offers a more gliding surface for theoretical better shaving experience. But I think If you value that timeless look and indestructible material, this is still a very good offering. I seriously considered to pay twice as much for It, but went for the 6S in the end. It shaves very smooth with a head that's not as bulky as the T2 for instance for more control and precision and big lanes to flush through the hairs, soap and water to cut even through heavy hair. But, the included Rockwell DE blades are simply horrible. They should be ashamed to put their name on these, especially not with a premium marketed product like this. They're the worst of the worst. Like the basic cheap Lord blade level.

Bella confezione , con all’interno le tre placche differenti e testa e manico del rasoio. La finitura dell’oggetto è perfetta e la lavorazione dell’acciaio fatta in CNC si vede . Io sono partito con una 3 su una barba di 4 gg , lametta Astra verde . Tutto bene lo consiglio . Proverò la 5 più avanti .
