I’m almost finished with installation of my new QuietCool attic fan, I turned it on before sealing the surrounding seams with gorilla glue duct tape. This fan is awesome, it drew the humidity right out of my attic with in minutes. The wireless settings were easy to install and connect with the attic fan. I’m very pleased so far. Thank you QuietCool & Amazon. June 15, 2026 I started the sealing process, I used gorilla glue duct tape and liquid flex seal. It dosnt look pretty but it’s sealed. After a few hours I again see the big difference in my attic temp & humidity. My inside thermostat is set at a comfortable 75 degrees and my inside house humidity is 42% very comfortable. The attic fan is working great and I can change the temperature on the fan anytime. ( June 22, 2026 My ac blower fan crapped out no air conditioning and because I had the QuietCool wireless attic fan, my attic is 84 degrees with 49% humidity, with a basic fan even my house stays cooler. You can really tell the difference. It might not look pretty but the QuietCool attic fan is awesome. With duct tape and clear liquid flex seal all the cracks and leaks are gone. Good quality item, made in the USA, easy installation with instructions. Working as advertised, Bluetooth works perfectly with fan settings.

I normally don’t write reviews unless I feel it’s worth it. This unit is great. I installed it myself. I do have an electrician coming to install an outlet for me. The window it was installed on is over the master bedroom and I never heard it running during the night. I programmed it on the smart setting so once it hit the temperature it would shut off. It gives you the temperature reading of the attic on the QuietCool app. This unit has three settings and I’ll keep it on the smart setting for now. It does get hot and humid here. This unit also has a winter setting and I’ll try it out.

The Quietcool attic fan SMT Pro-2.0 is a well built fan and shroud design. I wasn't a fan of the smart control though. Kind of funky controller. Rather have just a good old manual thermostat controller. Who wants to look at another APP on your phone? Ol' well just me...keep it simple. I must say though the two speed fan is awesome and works great. Easy to install and love having a quality well built fan. Buy it if you need an attic fan! I may buy a second attic fan soon for another application, this one is a good choice and great air flow on high speed. Cools my attic very well.

Great product! Finally had time to install two of these 2025-purchased Quietcool 2.0 (blue) units into the south gable vents on our shallow pitch (hot!) 3000 sqft. attic in Sedona AZ. Trying to get more years of life out of our roof, and AC system. Easy install after first installing some optional decking as an attic floor between the access drop-down stair unit (installed 4 years ago!), and providing power (a dedicated 20A circuit to a 4-way outlet box; gonna put lighting up their, too!). The two units went in quickly after I added some additional tacking boards to enable solid mounting surfaces for the fan units and their framing baffles. Initially setting the “A” unit to start Low speed at 85, then start the “B” unit on Low at 95. At 105, “A” unit switches to High. Then at 115, “B” unit switches to High. Very scientific (in theory, anyway). Will monitor this summer, adjusting as necessary. Get the right sized unit(s) for your attic space and these fans should get the job done. Stay cool!😉

Dont waste yoir time on the smart control model. Get the standard model . Fan moves alot of air but staying pair with the device thru bluetooth is a pain in the butt . Even when upur standing within 12 ft of it

Over two years in and this thing is still chugging along nicely. It comes on daily during the summer mo0nths and keeps my attic several degrees cooler in the hot months.
