Someone who suffers tight pelvic floor. This contraption has realease that pain. Wish o knew about his product years ago. Such a simple design but a very effective product. If your really right yes there will be an uncomfortable pressure pain but then the pain is gone same day or the next day depending how tight you were on the first place

Absolutely great product great at releasing tight pelvic floor muscles which lessens pain very useful if you suffer with hip or lower back or pelvic pain try it out it will help might not be right for everyone but I think this product is great and recommend it.

This has helped me after one use! I fractured my coccyx 3 years ago and the pain has been persistent. I have had physio, chiropractor, steroid injection and medication. The pain still persists and comes back. After a lot of reading about internal procedures (via rectum) I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. After using it I didn't really know if I had done it right and felt a bit disheartened (and a bit sore) however, the next day I have sat down with a significant reduction in my pain. This is so worth the money to say how much I have spent on this injury over the years. I feel like my tight sore muscles have been freed! Thank you.

I don’t think this tool is appropriate for an antenatal perineal massage. It’s too pointy and doesn’t do the right job. It might be good after the delivery to help other purposes but not before

Der Stab war eine Empfehlung von meiner Beckenbodenphysiotherapeutin um Verspannungen bei hyperreaktivem Beckenboden gezielt triggern und lösen zu können. Funktioniert sehr gut und ist leicht in der Anwendung.

This is an excellent tool for anyone with pelvic floor pain or hypertonicity. I am a pelvic floor physical therapist and have great results using this equipment and highly recommend it's use to my patients too for self mobilization

Helps alot with relieving Tail Bone pain. If you are in Fight or Flight mode all the time because if Tail Bone pain give it a try. And also go see a pelvic floor specialist they can show you how to use it. And good see Dr. Donavan Smolich if you have Tailbone pain. I will have to fly to him yet to get mine fixed. Look him up in YouTube. He has changed so many people's life's.
