Can you wear them outside? Like are they durable enough to withstand walking on concrete?

Durable enough yes but don't go ballistic with them there is no padding on the feet.

I’m a size. 10.5. Will this medium. Fit me

Hi, this sandal is only manufactured in one-size, to fit 14 yrs and older, approx. 11" in length to fit around a size 10/11

Will they work for a mens 7 1/2 or 8?

I wear 9.5. And my toes were peeking out. 7.5 - 8 should be ok
