Quality canning jars, my standard for homemade pickles, salsa & relish. Excellent value, durable glass. I have also used these jars for outdoor fairy lights. Fairy light lids fit perfectly. Embossed harvest design on 2 sides + embossed measuring lines. Embossed with brand name, Ball Mason.

I prefer wide mouth mason jars, but these are a good size for rice, pasta and other dry goods.

These jars are great for storing leftovers of partially used food items. They are just the right size, sturdy, and easy to wash. Just be aware that these seem to naturally come in packages of 8. If you order fewer than 8, you'll receive a partial cardboard package that has been cut apart and secured with tape. None of the jars broke, since they are very thick glass and packaged well with bubble wrap, however the tape used to seal the partial package can leave a sticky residue. Easily removed with alcohol, but can be annoying. If you can help it at all, just order in multiples of 8.
