Good Quality and value
These are the same quality as those at your local hardware store at a much better price point. There was no issue with the fit and they survived a full, very hot, California, summer in direct sunlight (I used them as part of a garden trellis).

Needs coupling on the 3" side to attach it.
This is not a bushing that fits inside a 3", but it is the same diameter as a 3" schedule 40 PVC pipe and needs a coupling to attach it on the 3' side. (Rufus is wrong as of Feb 2025)

The fittings are a bit looser than ideal for gluing to PVC pipes. You need to use extra glue and care to ensure the gap is completely filled.
