Will these fit a 20 yr old?

I'm not sure. I bent these and stuck them in chocolate icing on top of regular size cupcakes for a Halloween party. In placing them in the cupcakes, they opened a little, which was the effect I was looking for. Regular cupcake papers measure 3" across. Hope this helps.

Is this listing for a medium for a 10 year old? Multiple mediums in size chart.

These are okay for a 10 year old, they fit my seven year old well even through their kind of bulky in his mouth. It was uncomfortable...so most of the night he didn't wear it even though they were child size. Good for a short time while trick or treating.
