Wonderful product. I bought this grinder on October 2024, it was working fine, but just after continues use the small jar became loose last year end and was leaking black greasy liquid so I stopped using that, I use the other two now. Last month the grinder stoped working so I had reached out to the customer support and they helped a lot. They arranged pick up for the grinder and also fixed the issue and sent me back even. Go for it. Their after sales is wonderful. Also this is a very compact product and weight is much less.

Hi I have been using this from Jan 2026. I am having issues with dry food grinding and also wet food grinding. For dry it makes weird sounds and have issues grinding consistency. For wet food issues there is a leakage from both the jar and the mixer.
