Actaully gave me energy. Good tasting and texture too. Much better than gels or at least the gels I've had.

I am enjoying the product and the product's effects. I'd equate the effect as an equivalent to a cup of coffee.

My husband loves these for back country skiing so I use them as a stocking stuffer.

The Mountain Berry is a lot better than the Black Cherry. But the chunks of the gels are just too big. Would be much better if they were smaller. About half the size of the chunks would be easier to chew instead of one big choking hunk of gel.
