No it does not work. The Cricut tool needs presser snd the deco foil needs heat

No, Foil Quil is heat activated, this foil is toner activated.

Can I use Sticky embossing powder instead of transfer gel? And not use a laminator? e.g. embossing sticky powder heated and foil put on it while hot.
