This product is very comfortable and for this price point it, compares well to your more expensive chairs. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The chair provides good support for your back and promotes good posture. It is an average size chair and will fit most adults comfortably. The only downside is its limited reclining ability.

Installation and Packaging- Pretty straightforward. Did take me about 40 min going slow but will take me like 15 min now.- Included extra screw and all tool needed to assemble. Uses Hex H5.- Packaging was good with individual wrap and/or cushion pieces.Pro- Nice bouncy mesh seat like sitting on one of those mesh hammock. No issue after 8hr continuous sitting but I have a foot rest that alleviate weight stress on the thigh area. I did feel a bit more stress after 10+hrs. People who enjoy padded cushion or without foot rest may not find it as comfortable.- Headrest is nice with various adjustable height and angle.- Leg has tactile groove which can provide nonslip. Some might not like it for those with more sensitive skin as they are not soft for barefoot user.- Wheel is smooth rolling on wooden floor.- Armrest can be pull upward to push seat in.- Reclining is nice. Comfortable enough that I can feel like I can sleep in it (with a foot rest only)Con- Unable to move armrest forward without increasing height so my forearm and wrist hanging in the air or it too high up. Was aware of this before purchase.- Armrest cushion is more on the firmer side than I would like. Also wish it was a bit wider.Neutral- Lumbar support is there but not as pronounce. You can obtain one with support with no condition attach. Support Cayla was great and help register my product and warranty along with sending a lumbar support pillow. In general, experience with support has been excellent.- Armrest is link to recliner. In sitting position, it a bit off but in reclining position, it is quite nice.- Adjusting seat height is not smooth gradual process but more of a rapid increment.- Wheel gliding isn't as smooth on carpet, requiring a bit more push effort.- When sitting down, ensure you sit in the center. Sitting off center from the side would touch the plastic edge.Overall, I'm happy with the product. Based on other review, warranty are cover for 3 years with many having no issue. If product hold up for a good 3-5 years, I would buy it again.

Review is for GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair, High Back Desk ChairI was a little concerned about this chair being that I am only 5'4" and according to the description, this chair is meant for a taller person.Don't worry, it fits fine, without issues. I can easily place both feet right on the ground, even being a "short" person. I use a foot rest anyway, so I see no issues if you are shorter using this chair.This chair is quite comfortable to sit in, with the back being very straight up. This is good and bad. You get lots of support like this, when you want to sit completely straight, but can easily lean back a bit for more comfort, when needed. You easily adjust the tension by the front knob that controls how hard you need to push back to adjust the back rest like most chairs that recline.Speaking of reclining, this chair reclines pretty far, and is very comfortable.The head rest you will need to fiddle with to make it custom fit for your head. This is the first time I have used a head rest of this type, and surprised at how comfortable it is. Putting the head rest on, while assembling the chair is the hardest part, and its quite easy to do.As some others have said, the seat mesh is a little "scratchy", but you get used to it.I have found that I like using a cushion on the seat for extended sitting sessions, but you may not need one. The mesh seat is quite comfortable, and sometimes I switch between using a cushion and sometimes not using one. You will have to see what works for you.One big reason I got this chair is the swing up arms. I prefer these type arms, since you can easily lift them up out of the way, where as other chairs you can't do this. This makes it easy to push in the chair very close to your desk, saving room.Customer Service. One word, OUTSTANDING!I have hard floors at home, and carpet at work. My work place bought me the same chair, so I bought one for home use. I emailed the company and asked about purchasing the roller type wheels for my home chair, and they offered me an additional set for the at work chair, which I didn't need. They were willing to ship me two sets for free! I declined the one for work, since its carpet and didn't need a set. Thats great customer service, which is rare now a days. Keep this in mind when shopping for a chair...there are lots out there, and this company stands behind their product.Assembly - standard for a chair like this, very easy to do, and they provide a simple video to watch. Maybe takes 10 minutes to put together, and you can do it yourself. If you have trouble lifting, you would need some assistance.Shipping - Chair comes very well packed in a sturdy box, no issues there.Quality - I did not have any issues with this chair. Very well put together.Chair options - It leans back pretty far, and with the included head rest, it is quite comfortable to lean back when you are tired for a quick rest, or even a quick, nap. (shhhh...don't tell the boss) You can lock the angle of the back to exactly where you want it, if you don't like having to push back to lean the back rest.So far I am quite happy with this chair. I have never had a full back mesh type chair, and think that this will last quite a while, even with daily use. I think you will be pleased with this purchase. While you may be able to find a similar chair for maybe a little less price, to me, the customer service you get with this purchase is really worth it. You know that they will stand behind your purchase and your being happy with your purchase of their product. I don't think you will be disappointed.*update*Its been 3 months since I purchased this chair and I can tell you 100% no issues with the chair at all. Its quite comfortable, and I would purchase another one, without hesitation. I can be sitting in this chair for long periods of time, with no issues. I do use a small seat cushion, just because I had it left from my previous chair, so might as well make use of it, but its not really needed for this chair. I am completely pleased with this purchase. No chair is perfect, but not being able to get into a chair and sit in it for yourself, shouldn't sway you from purchasing this. Its very comfortable, and even though I am 5'4", its perfect in size, and the head rest is great too. Easy to lean back when you are tired and take a quick nap. WFH...shhhhhhhhh....!!*Update #2* 4/24I tend to give good reviews for products that I really like, and give updates to those products. This chair is one of those products that you need to know about. So far I have been using this chair everyday, for hours a day. This chair is top notch. Comfortable. Arms swing out of the way if you want...etc. I am really happy with this purchase and I think you will be too. Its hard buying a chair without trying it first, but you can be assured of the good reviews of this product. No joke. This is a good chair. I think you will be pleased.**Over 1 year later update**This is a great chair and probably one of the best I have purchased, but not the most expensive I have purchased. It is holding up just great, is just as comfortable as when I got it. ZERO complaints.I use it for hours everyday for computer work and gaming. Its a very comfortable chair and it seems it will last a good long time. Don't be on the fence any longer, you can stop looking now for a good chair.BUY IT. You will be pleased.**2025 UPDATE**This chair continues to please. Still no issues at all, ZERO. I use this chair for hours per day, very comfortable. If and when this chair starts giving "issues" as all chairs do overtime, I will not hesitate to buy a replacement chair from this same brand. Keep in mind that there are still no issues. Over the years I have purchased countless number of desk chairs, and this one is the best so far for the price point. I am completely satisfied as a customer. A good chair for the money! I like that the arms are adjustable and also slide all the way back. The material is breathable and comfortable to sit on for long periods of time.

This chair is absolutely amazing! It is very well built and very comfortable. It has a high back and provides good back support for us tall/heavier folks. Mesh is durable, but comfy. Barely makes any noise when moving around (wheels roll smoothly) and comes with a variety of adjustments. Took very little time to put together, as instructions were clear and concise with very robust screws and Allen wrench. When I was looking to purchase this in red, there were no pics of it at the time in the review photos, so I have posted pics of the red version. I hope it will help someone see the hue of red (a pretty true red and hard to see the color on stock pics) Overall, if you are looking to buy this chair, do not hesitate as it is a phenomenal chair and worth the price!
