Love this book. I've loaned it out multiple times and bought extras for when others have it. When people say about most books that they can find the same thing on the Internet, I disagree -- it's comparable to saying that every word in this review is found on the internet (other than this exact review which is on the internet here) ... because technically you can find all these words on the internet, but only the true source has them assembled the same way to give some sort of meaningful context. The book gives the reader plenty of information to have a great conversation with appropriate questions or requests of your primary care physician... or ideas on what to look for in your next primary care physician's knowledge.

This book is loaded with extremely helpful tidbits of practical and reasonable info. that no one else seems to speak about. I love that Dr. Brownstein speaks from personal experience with many patients. This book is easy to read and helps you look at the basics before getting too out of whack by reading all the strange ideas out there. I think he is a real hero who really cares about people and it comes through in everything he shares!
