Does the job

Used these to replace standard slotted 1/4" mounting screws, which required using a tool or coin to fasten/unfasten quick mount plates to the bottom of my camera. These can be hand tightened, which in most cases is adequate, but do have a slot for more secure tightening. It is now easier for me to change mounting plates from various devices quickly by hand.

Almost a Perfect Replacement

I purchased these to replace the standard ¼ mounting screw on the Manfrotto MVH502AH head; used to mount Canon7Dmii. they are slightly shorter than the standard screw, however they do secure the camera.
