I have lymphedema and this machine was recommended by the clinic. A little larger than expected and quite heavy so I will have to find a permanent spot but at the moment I have it in the dining room as I found it necessary to have a chair to hold on to although it says I will gradually be able to manage without it. It looks quite smart, sturdy and well made. It was easy to set up and easy to use, even for a technophobe like me. To be honest, I initially found the machine very uncomfortable and was glad to get off after just 3 minutes on the lowest speed which is the suggested beginners session. The maximum is 15 minutes but it says to build up by an extra 2 minutes a week so it will be 6 weeks before I reach this. When standing upright, the vibrations are so strong that even your head is shaking a little and have now started to get used to it. The tingling in my legs lasts for quite a few hours so hopefully it is doing some good, but too early to say. I have been told that I should find my "sweet spot" which will probably be around the 3rd to 4th speed of the 9 available. Again, I have been advised to just stand on it with legs slightly bent for the first six weeks but at the age of 84, doubt I will try any of the exercises or workouts other than the long bands that attach to the machine and perhaps standing on one leg to improve my balance. However, my son who attends a gym and uses one there, is quite impressed and was delighted with the four mini bands just leaving me with the weakest one. I already feel it will be more beneficial than the electronic desk cycle that cost around the same price and if it reduces the swelling in my legs, I will be very pleased. Time will tell.

This is the first vibration plate I own so can’t compare to others but I really like this! Its small enough to be able to move it around with relative ease, very sturdy and works well. I got a little nauseous - like motion sickness - for the first couple of days of use but as my body got used to it, it stopped. I like the programs 5 & 6 and have been using this 4-5 times a week since I got it. Not sure as of yet what the health benefits will be in the longer run but I’m sure the vibration moves the lymph which is the main reason I bought this. Very happy with my purchase and the quality of the product.

The product is very sturdy, arrived well packed and with good instructions. Only received my order on the 12.05.23 and have already spent some time on it, however not enough time yet to realistical comment on any results. So far, I do think that I will really enjoy making great use of this exercise machine. It has a remote control (would have been nice if it came with 2 batteries. Had to take 2 out of my TV remote to set it up). The item has rubber suctions pads at the base so it doesn't move around whilst in use, which is great. It also comes with 4 mini bands which have different intensities. There is an extra lead with an international plug attached should you wish to take it abroad in Europle. The only negative is that I have no idea how the 2 resistance bands are suppose to attach to the 2 short black metal bars under the unit. This baffles me as I thought there was going to be some clips that you clip them on with. I will have to contact the support team. Maybe the solution is right in front of me but I can't see it right now. Just now clear step by step instruction of how to attach them, as they are 2 whole pieces with no ends to feed through the hole in the metal plate if that makes sense? If you purchase this, I don't think you will be disappointed. I have uploaded pictures so you can see the product and it what it comes with. Included in the picture is one of the metal plate with a hole, which you are meant to attach the 2 resistance bands to, as there is one on either side. As I said unsure how to do this, unless I am meant to open up the metal clip on the resistance bands and pull the elasticated rope through so it produces an end. (Not sure if this is clear, but I will get it resolved either way). Anyway, make sure you register your product within the 14 days of purchase to activate your LIFETIME warranty, as is says in the user manual.

Sturdy well built vibration plate Edit to add, since using this for a while one annoying factor is the power socket where you plug in on the back of the plate is too shallow, one small knock or touch while changing positions an it comes loose, and shuts down it should have been made deeper to securely hold it. Hence the deduction of one star.

I purchased the Lifepro mini in October 2024 which arrived without a power cable. I spoke to Lifepro customer services who said they would send me one out immediately from the USA. I made it clear that I’m in the U.K. and that it needs to be a U.K. plug. I was still waiting 1 month later for it to arrive and after multiple messages to their customer services it was eventually dispatched. When it finally arrrived it was a US power cable….totally useless avoid at all costs. I had to return the item and will not purchase from life pro again. I should add that I purchased one of the larger life pro mode aka the month prior and had to return it as it had no power when you switched it on…..I will purchase from another company in future. There are many other reviews that mention faulty products or missing/incorrect parts and I can confirm that this is true. Very dissatisfied customer

I’ve been using a vibration plate for a few weeks and it’s actually really good. Easy to use and you can feel your muscles working even with short sessions. It helps with toning and relaxation, but it’s not a miracle—you still need a good routine. Overall, worth it for a simple home workout.

I actually think this vibration plate is absolutely fab. When I first received it in March, I used it consistently for about two weeks—I was probably a bit obsessed with it! The best way I can describe it is like a deep, internal massage. It genuinely felt as though it was “oiling” all my joints from the inside out. At the beginning, I did experience a bit of motion sickness and some discomfort in my stomach area. After those first couple of weeks, I’ll be honest—I just couldn’t be bothered using it for a while, which is silly really, because there’s nothing difficult or off-putting about it. Fast forward to recently: I had a couple of days of quite severe back pain, the kind that feels like something could go out of place at any moment. As soon as I felt it coming on, I knew instinctively the vibration plate would help. I’ve used it the past few days, and the difference has been incredible. My muscles, joints, ligaments—even my feet—feel worked and released. If you’re into reflexology, it’s amazing, as it feels like it stimulates your whole body through your feet. The back pain has completely eased, especially that “about to click out” feeling. It also seems to help rebalance the body—like if one side is tighter than the other, it gently evens things out. I haven’t been doing anything else apart from a bit of walking, so I can genuinely say this has made the difference. I did wonder at first if it might just be a short-term novelty, but I can now see it’s something I’ll keep coming back to—especially for ongoing issues like back pain, muscle tightness, chronic fatigue, and general imbalance. I may not use it consistently (that’s more about me than the product!), but even as an occasional tool, it’s fantastic. I’ve bought so many things over the years—massagers, chakra tools, magnetic therapies—you name it. But this is, without a doubt, the best thing I’ve ever invested in. Tonight I was even dancing on it, and everything just felt smooth and flowing. I would 100% recommend it.

Its amazing product and so fun to use and after 10 min on it i feel so much better energetic and happy And guys I have progressive multiple sclerosis my right side of my body not very functional i was worried i want be able to stay on it but guess what 😍i did 10 min on 1 speed then i tried the program 3 which increased the speed every minute so i staid 15 min more and speed increased till 15 so good to feel ur whole body moving again I am full off joy thank u ☺️

Definitely noticed a positive difference after using it for a month! Not recommended to people who have troubles with their vestibular system. It's still heavy, but I hope this will make it last longer. So far, so good.
