The product was default , never could switched in . Tried to claim but no response
I had opened the box , plug it but never was able to turn it on. The product is full default unfortunately.

Pretty easy to set up and use. There's 3 different brightness levels for the LED numbers, the radio sound is ok for the few moments it's used to wake me up, and of course there is a buzzer alarm as well. If the power goes out or when the fall/spring time changes, it does re-set itself to the proper time without any manual intervention. I have been buying Emerson clock radios forever because they are reliable and long lasting.
