These are so delicious! Love the container too. Coated perfectly. I searched all over and these are a winner. Word of caution. After opening lid the first time do not try to use your fingers in any way to remove the aluminum sealing the nuts. Its super heavy duty. It will cut your fingers. I used an old knife to open my second can. Learned that the hard way.

Delicious Peanuts, But Very Difficult If Not Dangerous to Open Package
[EDIT: Since my initial review, they changed the design of the foil cover under the lid which allows easy (and safe) access to the contents. Thank you! On the downside, I’ve found the quality of the product isn’t as good as it was when I first started buying it. Like there’ll be some nuts that taste stale or bitter. So I’ve cancelled my subscription]. These butter toffee peanuts are excellent. Fresh, crisp, and very nice butter toffee flavor. My only complaint is in getting the container open, and that's why I docked a star. While I'm sure the tin they're packed in is designed to keep the nuts fresh, it is very difficult to open. You probably need a paint can opener to get into it. I didn't have one handy, so I had to risk the end of my fork handle to pry the lid up. Then there's a metal foil you have to cut into. There is no pull tab. So you cut into that and pull it away and run the risk of cutting yourself on that metal foil, which I did. It doesn't just pull away cleanly or even in one piece from the inner edge of the can. And the foil is very sharp on the edge. So have the proper tool handy to pry open the lid, and be very careful with that foil.

Great product...too expensive!
I love these...I've ordered them twice now in the last month. So good I could not stop eating them. LOL. My only complaint...THE PRICE! Ugh! I would order more and have set up a subscription, but as I mull over the price, I'm not sure it's something I can actually continue to pay for. Too bad. I really like them :(

Great taste— hassle to open
Great taste but unlike other peanuts that are of like “quality” AND PRICE, they don’t give you something to open the can and it is a pain.

So so flavor
Compared to other brands I’ve tried, Belmont’s were ok. Also disappointment that there was no reusable lid included. The can was opened with a can opener and then I had to pour the nuts into a baggie since there was no lid.
