I ordered medium size. Am rather endowed but had no problem with the size or fit. I can say they are very comfortable. I will not wear any other type/brand of underwear now. The thought has crossed my mind however, if I could have comfortably wear these back in the day, when my unit had a "readiness" mind of it's own. There is plenty of room for expansion...meaning they are much less binding compared to conventional briefs. I can only speak for myself, but I have not noticed any rubbing resulting in a stimulated surprise in an inopportune moment. I would definitely give them a try.
