I was so nervous, but these totally worked at a music festival that I went to! I taped them shut before putting them in the tampon wrapper (just to make sure) but they really didn't seem like they would leak at all. I took a little bag that I got from ipsy and put these "tampons" and some read pads in it to make it look like a "feminine bag" lol. Totally worked! They even opened my little bag and just went right along. I thought it was better to shove them in this bag because honestly these are LONG way too long for a real tampon, so in the bag you can't see how long they are. And I always made sure there was a guy checking my bag too, since I know they won't care to be in that..

These are practical enough. The vials seem not to leak and the plastic sleeves are passable enough. However, and this is important, they will not pass scrutiny by any competent parties. As a female, one look at these, and I knew they weren’t real. They are the size of a torpedo. (I have included a picture of them next to a real super plus tampon for reference) I think most men would be able to ascertain that as well upon a closer look. Bottom line, these are to take to sporting events, where people only take a cursory glance. They are not to be used to smuggle things through airport security, etc. with that mind, purchase and enjoy.

These worked great but after a few uses, the pink "wrapper" was real faded and after about 3-5 uses they started leaking in my purse. Definitely worth it for a weekend trip!

I’ve bought these as gag gifts over the years and they never disappoint! The wrappers actually look like legit tampon wrappers. You can sneak these in your bra, sock, purse etc and use them at the movies, concerts, sporting events, even work ! ;)

So, I read all the reviews where some people reported leaking and stoppers coming off. Here's what I did - filled the tube, squeezed it kinda hard at the top and them put the stopper on. Creates a bit of a vacuum seal. THEN, put the cover on stopper-1st, and seal the end snugly around to hold the stopper in place. I spent all day with this vial in my huge purse to see if it would come loose. Stayed secure. :-) Excited to test this out in an evening clutch for an upcoming event - unsure if alcohol will be served, and if so will it be horribly overpriced? Well now I don't feel it will be a problem! Only concern I have is for future use. The decoy packaging doesn't look reusable, unless you get your own glue/tape. But otherwise very satisfied.
