After much looking around online, we finally settled on Docazoo products. Glad we did, easily found what we needed, ordered and received the order in almost record time; no fuss, no hassle. We would have given 5* all the way, but it is just a bit heavy. Our new joke is that we need to split the heavy work now. Still, she really has no problem cleaning the peak of our exposed beam, knotty pine ceiling at 14 feet. The reason it is a bit heavy is because we ordered the 24 foot package. Our reasoning being we wanted the handle to be strong enough for a bit of pressure when cleaning/dusting to do a good job. Turns out, I don’t think we really even needed the longest little bit heavier model. This seems to be very well built. Give us a few years of use for wear and tear, then we’ll be able to give a proper review. Excellent product at this point, though we’ve only had it a week-10 days so far.

Initially ordered this item and it got lost in transit. Amazon refunded my money and I reordered. This time it came a day early. How good is that. I tried it out very quickly. Our home is new and we have 19 ft ceilings in the kitchen and living room. Two large fans. Multiple huge windows and the top of a fire place to clean and cupboards. On an aside we have to reach two touch up stops and the only way we can do it is with this pole. There is no way I could even begin to tackle all this without this pole. Fully extended...24 feet it shakes a bit but still controllable. Over all it sturdy. The attachments are great and will work well. For me it suits our application perfectly and I would recommend it.
