Fantastic knife set. Holds an edge very well and light sharpening with the included sharpening rod keeps them in tiptop shape between uses. I've had them about 2 years now and only had to sharpen them once (I do this myself but several places can do it for you for a small fee.) I use them all the time and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home cooking experience.
