I have extremely sensitive skin. I have tried dozens of products over the years, and I react to almost all of them. Before finding this product, I could only use Renew Melaleuca lotion. That’s a good product, but literally twice the price, and the Medline Remedy lotion works better for me. No allergic reaction, softer skin, good moisturizing AND a lower price - this Isa great product!

I like the Remedy Lotion very much. It moisturizes nicely without a greasy feeling and I like how even hours later my hands still feel soft and smooth. It begins with a very light neutral scent and after a few moments that scent fades. The problem with the Remedy products seems to be the pump. I read comment after comment from people complaining that the pumps for both the cleansers and the lotions have a very high degree of failure and up until I received my last order which arrived a couple of days ago, I have been lucky with functioning pumps. The lotion arrived and right from the get-go the pump did not work. I chatted online with a customer service person who first requested that I do a return for a refund to which I told him that I was unable to do that at this time. He then told me he was able to simply do a refund and I could keep the product. Well that is fine but the refund never went through. That is ok (because I can still use the lotion sans the pump) and I'm not going to pursue the matter but I want the sellers and manufactures to sit up and take notice that people have complained for several years that the pumps on these products are terrible and they should take care of this annoying and ridiculous problem.

The lotion arrived and I found that no matter how hard I tried, it would not open. After reading through some of the questions and answers, I found that even though I was turning it in the directions of the arrows, the ring below the nozzle was still turning with it. I tried to hold it with my hand while I turned with my other hand, and when I had no luck, I eventually got a wrench to hold it while I turned the nozzle. The whole process took about 20 min. I'm not a fan of the scent, but that is just a personal preference. It does moisturize very well though. I got this because it was silicone-based and I have surgery scars I want to help fade. I have sensitive skin and the lotion seems to be pretty good. I just think they should either use a different nozzle or include the wrench with it.

Medline discontinued the dermatology series lotion (the one described in the product listing), replacing it with the clinical version. The product numbers are different. The ingredients, while similar, are not the same. I bought two, and will keep them even though they’re not what I’m looking for. One bottle doesn’t work - the stem portion of the pump clogged halfway up, and nothing will dislodge it. I’ll use the other bottle first, then take the pump to use on the clogged bottle
