Nice and sturdy
This is decent quality Flexi condition. It's fairly flexible and easy to install and run cables through. It holds it's shape well and doesnt crush too easily. Just be cautious as if your using it outdoors in a waterproof enclosure I doubt that this would be complient as it doesn't have any seal

Very good quality product with excellent value for money
Nice , sturdy conduit which i used for passing through electric wires in the garden avoiding the expensive Armored cable especially I wanted to avoid effort in joining the armored cable. This conduit serves well and the quality is good and the lugs provided with it were excellent .

Get ready to fight it
Cable doesn't go through to easy and make sure you put cables through first before fitting and securing

Handy stuff bit of a pain to get cables in due to it constantly wanting to recoil on its self but very useful
