Love the cool feel on your feet when you walk on it. It makes the concrete softer and keeps from slipping when wet. Does not go very far, over 20 gallons used to paint the area around my swimming pool. Dries quickly.

This paint made our pool deck look nice and new, for a few days. Now a month later it looks worse than before. It looked dirty and stained after using the pool once. And it does not cool the ground at all! It actually is hotter than before painting. A complete waste of money and the time ! Do not buy this terrible product, unless you want a dirty looking pool deck and to burn your feet when you walk on it.

a pain to apply and prep but looks great and is nonslip i also used it on a treated wood deck too soon to see how long it lasts

I searched High and low for a product that would cool my wooden deck! Who would of thought, you live in south georgia and can not find a product that cools your wooden deck locally! Well, the price is a little high but the product does what it says it will do... I applied it over the weekend, and it was a good 90 out sunday, and my deck was a good spot to be in.... Love it!! Thanks...

We need to give the paint time to see if it holds up. Very pricey but supposed to be better than others. We shall see.

I have an old kidney shaped pool with the outside lined in brick which burned your feet climbing in and out. I used this on the brick and it worked perfectly to cool it down and give my pool a tiny face lift. I took 2 stars off because the painted area gets dirty very easily and it’s a pain in the ass to clean. We have a couple neighborhood raccoons that like to visit in the night and they leave foot prints all around the pool. We have to scrub it because it doesn’t come off with just spraying it with the hose. It’s a daily chore if we want it to look clean.

The paint had black stuff in it that got on my deck and they still won’t return it or refund me. They said to send it back and refused to send me a label or help me. Product is not good at all! DO NOT BUY
