I believe they fit the Jotter, I gave the pen to someone and haven’t heard that it doesn’t.

If you mean the point size, I have no idea. In my experience, ink refills come in either medium or fine designations. The only time I have ever seen "mm" sizing is when purchasing lead for automatic pencils.
