This works great. I have very fine hair and this gives me some volume and holds great. Does not have a strong scent. The bottle is perfect travel size, I was nervous about the size but a little goes a long way!

When my hair was very short I loved the original one. But as my hair got very long it was too much for it. This applicator allows a very light dusting and gives my hair just the little pinch of volume it doesn’t have. It keeps it too. I love the way it works. A little goes a long way and helps my long straight flat hair have actual style without tools. It doesn’t have any shine to it but it doesn’t take away from my own shine either. I love to style my hair with it. It also helps my hair hold style without washing. Looks great the next morning still with a little finger work and it looks especially good if I put it up. I don’t seem as greasy and can get away with great hair for many days without a wash. When I just clip my hair up fast I don’t have that slick look I don’t like. It gives it a softer fuller look I can have without work. Almost looks professional. I will never not own this.

I admit I haven't yet tried the product. I'm still astounded at the miniature size of the bottle! I didn't notice it was 0.4oz rather than 4oz. (Why don't they clearly say "sample size" when they sell these teeny tiny iddy bitty things?)

This product made my hair very sticky hard to calm through. Did not care for it and I have fine hair.

This works to lift your hair at the roots give you some texture, but causes buildup on the scalp so you should wash it out the end of the day do not sleep overnight

I have very smooth hair and a lot of hair, about shoulder-length. I tried this to try to add volume at the roots and texture for layers. You can't get away from the fact that it's tacky - that's what provides the texture - and maybe it's my hair, but I don't find the effect lasts. Sometimes it just ends up looking messy and you can't really work it and fix it. I don't think this is a good substitute to using a blow dryer to give you volume, which is what I was trying to avoid by buying this product.
