## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you assemble and install? There are no directions**
A: Take one of the screw hooks and on a step ladder, screw one into the ceiling of your garage in the area where your windshield would be when you park the car. Then thread the string through the black squeeze tool and then run the string through the screw hoop in the ceiling then run the end of the string through the squeeze tool. Go then and park your car to where you want it in your garage. Then adjust the ball up or down, using the squeeze tool to where the ball just makes contact with your windsheild. Presto, your done.

**Q: How does the ball raise and lower when the door opens and closes?**
A: Because the ball is mounted further back in the garage, where it will usually touch the windshield when entering the garage, it remains stationary and doesn't move with the garage door.

**Q: does this come with instructions?**
A: My order had no written instructions.  The ad had a few pictures.
