I have been using this product and their multivitamins for my daughters for a few years now. I love their product for 2 main reasons - 1. These are not gummies but chewable tablets with pleasant taste, so much less sugar than similar products. 2. All their serving size is 1 tablet as compared to other which is 2-3 tablets. In case of Zahler you can just take 1 and be done for the day. Also that allows your pack to last longer. Excellent product and easy for kids to take.

My (12yo) daughter's levels were really low in the blood work so I got these to help. They taste good and are easy to take. She does take 2 each time because that is the dosage that her endo wanted her to take. Only 4 stars for now because waiting to get her blood work done again and will see how this did.
