Disappointed in the color.
Developed to a dark brown/blue black color. Started with light purple and just needed to resaturate more purple. Its a color + mix the developer in...was provided. Weird stopper cap on the developer bottle caused a little mess popping it off. Will need a bowl and brush to mix. Also the only directions were in Arabic, so if that's not your language, good luck.

If Herpes was a Color
Tried the A6 and the A12, both shades end up looking the same. This is not a vibrant color at all...very dark with a purple hue. My two very blonde daughters don’t seem to mind because they’re too young to know better. School is cancelled, the world is shut down, so their older sibling wanted to dye their hair so I figured now, while no one can see them...why not? The color lasts several weeks without fully going away so at least that speaks to its staying power. If only the color that lingered was somewhat attractive. Considering it isn’t favorable it leaves much more to be desired.

Why is Amazon selling this product?
As stated in other reviews, there are no directions in English. Not a problem, we can translate with our smart phones. As stated in other reviews, there are no gloves in the package. Not a problem, we can make do. But I had to order this twice - because the 1st time they sent me BURGANDY when my invoice clearly said "LIGHT GREY" & both shipments appeared tampered with. The tubes had been squeezed. Do I trust that the color is right? That the product won't make my hair fall out? No, no I do not.
