Sandalwood Perfumed Talc, 250 g

I've hated the disappearance of all talc products as they are just superior on sweat control without causing yeast problems. I tried a different Yardley powder that said it was talc but I was delivered a starch version. Thankfully this one is actually talc! The smell is nice, not exactly what I would consider sandalwood but did enough. Product is made in India per the tin, sounds like Yardley has relaunched the talc version there so not surprised that's where this one came from.

It smells great. Very smooth and stays with you all day. The tin container it comes in is really nice also.

I absolutely love Yardley products and specially their body powders. It is difficult to find a powder with a nice, delicate scent, with a decent price tag and Yardley powders fit the bill nicely!

The smell was not what I was hoping for. ( I am picky with my scents) I recieved the "Imperial Sandalwood". I was hopeful the scent would leave a woody scent. Unfortunately it was more of a floral/ baby powder scent. But the powder is of a high quality. Goes onto your skin smoothly and leaves a subtle scent on your skin. I do wish there was an option for this product to come with a powder poof.

I’ve been using Yardley’s soap over the years. Until a few weeks ago, I’ve never seen the talcum powder. The sandalwood scent smells lovely. With the temperature reaching 90 degrees today, I made sure to pat on extra powder in all key areas. I ordered a floral container to store the powder in for a more pleasing look amongst my toiletries displayed on my dresser. It really wasn’t necessary as the packaging is quite appealing. 9/10

Beautiful customers service, the Post Office somehow lost my order. I was able to prove it because I had the apology letter from the Post Office and this company replaced my complete order. The fragrance was beautiful. It always is. I enjoy this product from this company. I will continue to purchase from this company when looking for this product always.

This review of Yardley Sandalwood Perfumed Talc is being written by a predominantly heterosexual male. The description states that it can be for men or women. My guess, if that's the case is that this is targeted for ladies and predominantly non-hetero males. To me, this stuff stinks. It reeks of femininity. If my girl were to apply this I would take it to suggest that she wasn't in the mood for love exactly (or at least not with me.) It's floral and flowery smelling and I hate it personally, but if you like the fragrance of flowers you might feel completely in opposition to my sentiments regarding this stuff. Someone who loves the scent of floral things would probably like this. It's manufactured by a reputable company that has been in operation for possibly more years than I have even been alive at seventy. Myself I don't like it but I will give it three stars to get your attention if you're like me and like to investigate why people gave low ratings. Sorry Yardley, you do have other talcs I like though for more masculine or neutral scents. but I hope this helps just the same.

Der Puder riecht sehr angenehm, aber leider kam die Packung sehr zerknautscht und verbeult bei mir an - leichte Verpackungen sind halt nicht immer die richtige Wahl ;(( - schade.
