Dear customer, You can use the barcode scanner in our VeSync app. Please make sure the system language is English if you use the Android phone, and if you use the iPhone, please make sure your system region is United States. Otherwise, the scanner will be automatically hidden. We wish this information will help you.

what is the minimum weight that can be measured?

Put any std weight on it (such as 250 gram) but do NOT subtract it off. Measure the less than 3 grams. Then manually subtract the 250. I use a 500 gram calibrated weight. Come on folks. This is Math 101.
