This Pen drive has a ridiculously slow write speed. 12.5mb/s
I like the sliding cover. There are much cheaper pen drives that will perform just as well. I also purchase the AXE Superb 256GB, same capacity and over 80mb/s sustained write speed for a very large file, at just £2.50 more. Wish I have order another one of them instead of the HP.

HP x796w 128GB - Really Slow, Buy something else.
On an USB3.0 windows notebook, I was getting under 7-15MB/s copying multiple around 300-500mb video files on the HP x796w 128GB I did not buy from this seller.

Hey, its a thumb drive (well duh)... Its kinda slippery; some texture/knurling would help when inserting & removing. Runs quite warm while in use.
