Will this work on a Lexmark Pro705 printhead?

Its a printhead cleaner. It will clean any printhead.

Will this work on an epson surelab 3000, or the surelab d700/fuji dx 100?

I am not sure. On my canon, I removed the cartridge carrier and soaked it until the heads were all clean. If you can do that with the Epson , you will be able to remove all gummed up ink. Good luck.

Is this appropriate for cleaning Roland large format printers?

I use it the solution to clean Epson special photo printers. The solution work well and dries quickly. I have used it to clean the ink ports that transfer the ink onto the paper I'm using.

Has any one used this on an epson 3800 pro printer? ink carts are fixed, do not move with the print head.
