A must have to remove the supercharger pulley for a Mini Cooper S
This tool is used to remove the factory supercharger pulley from a Mini Cooper S. It is very expensive, but necessary for this job. A standard pulley puller does not really fit on this pulley and I have heard horror stories of people damaging the pulley and having to grind it off. So, in my book, this is a must have. It fits perfectly on the old pulley and pulls it off very easily. One small complaint (about the job, not the product) is that you can only go so far when pulling it off before it hits the frame. It is not a big deal, you just have to carefully hammer it off the rest of the way. There just isnt enough room for it, so I am not blaming the part. One important note though, this does not fit on a reduction pully, only the factory supercharger pulley. (and for that matter on none of the other pulley either)

excellent tool - but take yer time
very beefy - very solid - the goto "puller" tool for the R53 pulley job. now dont fux around - need to make sure pulley clears the side frame - grease up the shaft - use a chain vice grip to hold tool - nice and slow with a decent impact gun - slow slow slow. it will likley not release the pulley - the last 5% you will like have to gently tap it off. do it rite - it will take 30 seconds.

A must for your Mini pulley upgrade!
This is an incredible tool! I was able to swap my supercharger pulley on my Cooper S in 2 hours and did not have to remove the tensioner. Buy this and you’ll be glad you did!

Have previously removed press fit supercharger pulleys on Minis with a cutoff wheel. Highly recommend this product! Extremely easy to use and manufactured of high quality materials. Worth every penny!

Worked as expected
The package arrived a day early. I used this and had the original pulley of my original supercharger in 10-15 minutes. Don’t waste your time trying to buy and use a cheaper puller for your supercharger!!!

Did the job
I Removed pulley on bench NOT on engine.... would be a tight squeeze inside engine compartment. Force required deformed bolt nose... had to grind tip to remove... all good though as it was a one time use tool for me
