Es doble ya que trae calientito por dentro y por fuera como forro con el estampado, realmente para el frio o invierno fuerte te protege perfectamente los oidos. Te los Protege completamente.

Fits comfortably, I'm a woman, but it's a little roomy on me and stretchy all over so it could fit a larger head too. Thin fleece but that's what I wanted as I just need it for exercising in chilly but not cold weather. It probably wouldn't be insulating enough for an extended time out in below freezing temps.
