I bought this to use as a bail out bag. I'm still trying to get it set up to meet my needs but in general I'm impressed. The quality of the material, zippers and velcro fasteners is very good. Capacity is okay for a back up pistol, spare magazines,binoculars,a first aid kit and a couple of energy bars.There are a couple of issues that are unique to my situation and keep me from giving the bag a five star rating, but your hardware may fit better than mine. First off, I don't intend to use the waist strap. My first impulse was to cut the d*** thing off, but I decided to shorten it and tuck it back around on the body side. Problem solved. Second problem is the holster. Its a "one size fits most" and seems to work pretty well in that capacity. However I'm a 1911 shooter (Springfield Armory Mil Spec as duty weapon, KImber Ultra Carry II as off duty and back up) and I really want to use a thumb break for my cocked and locked carry. Yeah I know that the pistols are safe with the hammer back and safety on but this old timer wants to see nylon or leather between the hammer and firing pin. I'm working on a holster mod to add a thumb break. Third issue is the magazine pouches - great fit if you carry a double stack Glock. My single stack 1911 mags fall out. Solution to that problem is to carry four spare mags. 28 to 32 extra rounds is a good thing. My last minor gripe is the cell phone pocket - it won't fit any of the new smart phones like an I-Phone or Samsung Galaxy. If you've got an old flip phone you're good to go but I've got a SOG folding knife riding in mine.So the pack is basically a solid piece of gear. If you carry one it pretty much screams "gun" like the old DeSantis fanny packs. If you're okay with that and your papiere ist genordung you could do worse.Be safe

I have mostly kept this in my trunk. I pulled it out the other day and the buckle snapped. I only have two bottles of water, some protein bars, a life straw and a waterproof thing of matches in this. The weight should not have broken the buckle. It is also not easily replaced as it is sewn in. I expected more from Voodoo.

I looked all over the place for a good sling bag to take on various excursions and this is by far a perfect bag. It's got molle straps all over the place so you can hook almost anything you want to it. The conceal area is spot on and easy to get to if need be. Buy this bag and you will love it!

Love this pack. Not too big, not too small. Holds everything I need to go to the range. Conceals well and I also love that you can wear it cross body. Highly recommend.
